PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize control information being stored simultaneously even if the time of control information stored in each electronic control system is shifted. SOLUTION: In each electronic control system 10A, 10B, an operating section 12 receives information detected by a sensor 2 and checks abnormality. If an abnormality is present, event information is outputted. An event generation detecting section 13 detects event information from the operating section and other electronic control system and makes a decision that an event has generated in an electronic control system. When event information is detected, a trigger signal is delivered to a data memory section 14 where the control information is updated a specified number of times and stored using time information delivered from a time corresponding data output section 17. Since time information is included in the stored control information, control information stored at a same time can be determined using the time information.
