PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy end for beverage can, having sufficient pressure-resisting strength required of a can end, excellent in blowup resistance, and further excellent in recyclability. SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy sheet, having a composition consisting of, by weight, 0.6-1.2% Mn, 1.5-3.5% Mg, 0.2-0.5% Si, 0.1-0.5% Cu, 0.3-0.6% Fe, 0.001-0.2% Ti, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, is worked into an end and then subjected to heating treatment under the condition satisfying inequality -7<=1nt-4900/T<=0.61, where (t) and T represent heating time (sec) and heating absolute temperature (K), respectively.
