PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high accurate detection without being affected by travel oscillation, by forming a detecting circuit outputting a tilt condition detecting signal when the sensitivity output of a Hall element continues beyond the time determined by a prescribed time constant, and a non-sensitive area to the Hall element at an intermediate position of movement rotation. SOLUTION: A movement is rotatably journalled in a case, wherein the inside of the case is formed so that a Hall IC5 may detect the rotational condition of the movement equal to or larger than a prescribed angle, and output a detecting signal of high level in a switch-on state. A time constant circuit consisting of capacitors C1, C2 and a resistor R4 is formed in a detecting circuit. When a vehicle tilts and the Hall IC5 is in a switch-on state, a discharging circuit for the capacitors C1, C2 is formed. After a prescribed time passes, an output transistor Q4 is turned off and the voltage of output terminal OUT is switched to high level. Thus, this sensor is formed so as not to response to the momentary switch-on of the Hall IC5 within the time constant.
