The packaging box comprises two parts (2a,2b) which are hinged together by a hinge (3). It has two walls (6a,6b) located in the same plane. These walls comprise two complementary cam profiles (14a,14b) which rub against each other during part of the opening movement of the box. This rubbing causes a braking effect during the start of the opening movement.
