PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate inconvenience in which a swirl generated on the rear flow part of a cooling fin is increased and allowed to flow into a centrifugal fan side when the ventilation resistance on the blower rear flow side is increased, and low-frequency noise generated in the surging region is amplified. SOLUTION: Partition walls 6 for sandwiching and guiding a swirl to a rear flow side are provided on the rear flow side of a cooling fin 5A. Therefore, even if the ventilation resistance on the rear flow side of a blower is increased, the swirl generated on the rear flow side of the cooling fin 5A is forcibly moved to the rear flow side, inconvenience in which the swirl is allowed to flow into a centrifugal fan 2 side and amplifies low-frequency noise can be eliminated. As a result, low-frequency noise can be restrained.
