PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make economically excellent the daylighting to the lower side space of a projecting member without providing special devices such as illuminaire by forming an opening at the projecting member, and closing the opening with a transparent or translucent material. SOLUTION: A top light 9 is provided at a porch C and veranda for natural lighting of a sun beam in a balcony floor 3. At the ceiling part of the porch C, an opening 91 is formed in a manner piercing through the balcony floor 3 to face the balcony part E. Also, a daylighting member 95 is formed of transparent acryl resin, and the central part thereof is formed into a dome shape projecting upward, then a plane part in contact with the upper surface of a cylinder 92 at the peripheral part of the daylighting member 95 is secured with screws. Thereby, a sun beam comes in the porch C at daytime, passing through the opening 91 inner part of the balcony floor 3 in way of the natural lighting member 95 and with sheet glass 94. As a result, daylighting can be done by permitting sun beam to come in while preventing rain or snow to the porch C.
