PURPOSE: A medium dispenser is provided to be easily produced or assembled, to flow and collect various mediums, to connect the contiguous outer faces of a shape factors and to spray the medium. CONSTITUTION: A dispenser equips a nozzle body installed in an operating head(2) in parallel with central shaft lines(10,11) and an air pump passing through the nozzle body in a duct for a liquid medium. The head is assembled with a pump piston(41) combined with a thrust piston pump(32) for a liquid medium for supplying a unit(67) installed in a horizontal direction. Therefore, the piston is connected to a pump base by entering the flange rim of a crimp ring. Metal molding factor contact surfaces or tensile faces are horizontally on a duct shaft line and surround the shaft line with a seal. The contact surfaces slide increasing compressing force until the contact surface becomes a rigid seat in the end. Then, the dispenser is self-locking by a frictional connection without adding any locking or snap member.
