PURPOSE: A method and a device are provided to make liner a non-linear part of a first respond of a power amplifier responding to an input signal over an action range are provided. CONSTITUTION: A system(100) includes a linear module(110) and a high power amplifier(120), and the linear module previously processes an RF input signal by supplying a linear response to the width of vibration and a phase. The HPA(High Power Amplifier) processes the previously processed RF input signal to generate a result response as the sum of the linear response and the HPA response, and the result response is made linear over an action range as a result of removing the two responses in a non-linear part of the responses. Herein, the input signal has an action frequency range of some MHz to GHz, and the frequency range of the HPA is compatible with the frequency range of the linear module.
