PURPOSE: A strapping apparatus is provided to have efficiency having the highest possibility on using the charge of a storage battery. CONSTITUTION: A strapping apparatus is comprised of a cam(81), a bow shaped part(80), a rotary spindle(82) of a base plate arm(11), a supporting unit(83), a spring(84), a lever(91), a shaft(92), a bearing point(90), a motor(85), a welding shoe(86), a driving shaft(92) and an elastic element(93). Herein, an element of an eccentric movement moving in a straightly crossing direction to a connection line(87) is used to drive the welding shoe and is calibrated by a slot of a fork, not generating any movement to the lever. In addition, it is possible to calibrate a different distance between the welding shoe and the base plate generated by a different band thickness.
