PURPOSE: A patch comprising one more than active ingredient and a matrix having adhesive property is provided which offers cool and refreshing to user by absorbing a liquid and retaining the activating ingredient particle.. CONSTITUTION: The patch comprises the matrix which is adhered by its one side to a backing and applied by its the other side to skin, and a preliminary crystallizing liquid suitable for dissolving at least one part of the activating ingredient on the matrix.
