摘要 PURPOSE: A method for reducing the amount of inert gas needed making an upper space of a liquid phase reaction furnace non-inflammable. CONSTITUTION: A liquid phase reaction furnace(12) is prepared with a liquid phase reaction zone(13) where oxidation reaction is performed, and a supply stream(2) of air or oxygen. And a newly supplied and recirculated organic supply stream(1) is supplied to the liquid phase reactive zone. In addition, a produced material is moved through a produced material stream(11) and is moved through a discharge stream(8) if volatile or gas reaction product is produced. Herein, the supply stream supplies inert gas to an upper space(14), and a separation ion and condensation unit(5) recollects process liquid such as a solvent and supplies the gas and steam transmitted through the discharge stream(4) from the upper space. The recollected process liquid is returned to the liquid reaction zone by the supply stream.
