The invention concerns a transparent substrate provided with a stack of layers with thermal properties, in particular for solar or low emissive control. The stack comprises at least a functional layer based on silver enclosed by two dielectric material coats, with fine metallic layers between the functional layer and one at least of the dielectric material coats: D1/ZnO/Ag/AlM/D2/ZnM'O with AlM an aluminium alloy; ZnM'O a mixed oxide of zinc and another metal at least; D1 and D2 a layer or superposition of layers comprising at least a layer of metal oxide or silicon and metal nitride or mixed silicon and metal nitride.
