PURPOSE: An economical adaptor unit is provided to be conveniently used by easily and strongly combining and to connect handles for a perpendicular bar wrench and for a socket wrench by enabling to apply to plural perpendicular bar wrenches having different sizes. CONSTITUTION: An adaptor is composed of: a lower holder(10) perpendicularly punched a settlement hole(11) having a wide upper part and a narrow lower part therein, a hole for maintaining a center(20) located inside the settlement hole(11) of the lower holder and punched a vertical guide hole(21) in the center, a upper holder(30) combined and inserted its lower part into the upper part of the lower holder(10) and a hollow joint groove(32) opened its upper surface in a head portion(31), and a channel(40) cut horizontally at one position between the upper end of the lower holder(10) and the lower end of the upper holder(30). If the channel(40) is formed at the upper holder(30), an operational force of a handle(3) is delivered to a bolt(1) combined to a combination member through a vertical rod(2a) and a horizontal rod(2b) of a perpendicular bar wrench(2) and the channel(40) and the head(31) of the upper holder(30), thus releasing or densely butting of screws is not occurred because the force is not delivered to the portion combined with the lower holder(10) and the upper holder(30).
