RECORDING METHOD FOR HIFI TVCR HAVING PIP FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A recording method for HiFi TVCR having PIP function is provided to selectively hear a wanted audio signal in a PIP recorded broadcasting signal by recording a main audio signal to a HiFi track and selectively recording the main audio signal or a sub audio signal to a normal track. CONSTITUTION: A microprocessor judges as to whether a record key is inputted(S100). The microprocessor judges as to whether a PIP function is set when the record key is inputted(S200). The microprocessor performs a normal audio process and a HiFi audio process of a main audio signal to record the main audio signal to a normal track and a HiFi track when the PIP function is not set(S300). An OSD unit outputs a record audio selecting OSD picture by a control of the microprocessor when the PIP function is set(S400). The microprocessor judges as to whether a sub audio signal is performed as a normal process(S500). The microprocessor performs a HiFi process of the main audio signal to record the audio signal and the normal process of the sub audio signal to record when the sub audio signal is performed as the normal process(S600).
