The silo (1) has a container (2) with associated processor/ dispenser and drive (14). At least one length-adjustable outrigger arm (9) on the silo is pivoted between a ready position (6) and a use position. Silo and arm form a moveable unit. The arm is fastened with a bearing end (8) esp. to top end (10) of the silo container and may be formed as a conveyor (5), esp. a crane. A dispenser hose on the dispenser unit (4) is moved by the outrigger arm to the place of use. The processor unit (3) has a piston pump (23) to handle construction materials with a grain size of up to 16mm
