METHOD AND STRUCTURE FOR PREPARATION OF VALVE HAVING IMPACT PLATE, SCATTERING PREVENTIVE PLATE AND SIDE HOOK

PURPOSE: A method is provided to economize in a large amount of water and to reduce manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A valve having an impact plate, a scatter preventing plate and a side hook is prepared by the steps of: inserting a packing(3) into a plane of an annular sill(2) in a water tap(1); putting the end of a handle(5) for a valve(4) on an upper end(10) of a lever(9); combining a dispersion preventing plate(13) to the lower end of the lever; hanging a hook(15) on the side of a grip(16) to the outer circumference of a discharge pipe(7); installing a coil-shaped spring(112) around the lever or inserting a packing(60) into the plane in an annular sill(59); mounting a handle(62) of a valve(61) to holes of each annular sill; installing a connecting nut inserting a hose and an O-ring in an inner pipe of an annular sill; and inserting a handle of a valve having an impact plate after putting a packing on an annular sill.
