PURPOSE: An A/D(analog digital) conversion circuit, a method for establishing timing of the A/D conversion circuit and an A/D conversion apparatus are provided which uses a comparison circuit which operates stably and has a little error in fabrication. CONSTITUTION: An analog digital converter comprises a comparison circuit including: a differential input part receiving an input voltage and a reference voltage and having a first and a second output terminal; a positive feedback part connected to the first and the second output terminal; a buffer of a CMOSFET whose input is connected to the first output terminal; a second buffer whose input is connected to the second output terminal; and a first switching part which is connected between the first and the second output terminal to connect and to separate the first and the second output terminal in response to a comparison clock signal. |
