<p>PURPOSE: A method for producing a dual wall tube is provided to make each inner tube and outer tube have an intended wall thickness while producing a tube socket. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises two extruders(1,2). The extrude is composed of a supply hopper(5), speed change driving motors(3,3'), a post cooler(7), a metal molder(6), a cross head(8), an injecting channel(9), a metal molder bed(11), an opening end(14), an exit end(15) and a driving motor(17). A plastic melting material supplied to the cross head through the injecting channel forms an outer tube by extruding to an outer die through an outer melting channel. Then the plastic melting material flows to an inner die through an inner melting channel and reaches a calibrating mandrel(21) from an inner tube. The calibrating mandrel is expanded to the outside in a transferring direction until the inner tube moves to the corrugated groove of the outer tube. The inner tube and the outer tube structure a dual wall(10) when solidified after cooling.</p> |
