摘要 PURPOSE: An oriented electronic steel plate is provided to effectively improve iron loss by forming a surface oxide film and by preventing the plate thickness of a steel plate from limiting, without an inhibitor. CONSTITUTION: A method is completed by the steps of hot-rolling a steel slave containing C less than 0.12wt%, 1.0 to 8.0wt% of Si, and 0.005 to 3.0wt% of Mn, annealing the plate, finishing a final plate thickness by cool-rolling the steel slave one time or more than two times, annealing the slave to decarbonate as needed, coating an annealing separator as needed, and conducting a final annealing process. When the oriented electric steel plate is produced, Oxygen among the steel slave is controlled under 30ppm. Also, Al among impurities is controlled under 100ppm and each content of B, V, Nb, Se, S and N is controlled under 50ppm. Especially N amount is controlled in a range of 6 to 80ppm in a temperature range of 850 to 950°C.
