TOP BRACING OF SHIP ENGINE

PURPOSE: A top bracing is provided to minimize vibration of an engine by changing the supporting state depending on the change of the rotation number and to easily install and repair by elastically supporting the engine. CONSTITUTION: A ship structure contains a beam(20) supporting a vibration load of an engine(3), a ship connector unit(30) connecting the beam and the ship structure, and an engine connector unit(40) connecting the beam and the engine. One connector unit between the ship connector and the engine connector contains an air tube(70) which is installed in a pair of pressurizing plates(50) connected to the beam by being parallel with each other in a regular interval, a pair of frictional supports(60) fixed on the ship structure or the engine and installed between two pressurizing plates, and which controls pressurizing force of the two pressurizing plates to the frictional supports by adjusting inner air pressure. Therefore, a top bracing disperses vibration with buffer effect of the air tube and reduces vibration delivered to the upper engine and contiguous structures, as well as keeps vibration of the engine in a minimum state by adjusting pressure of the air tube according to the rotation number of the engine.
