The invention relates to a slide and/or flexible bearing to be introduced between building components. Said bearing consists of an elastomer base layer having a slide surface, a bearing block produced of an elastomer material with a higher Shore hardness than the elastomer material of the base layer or of an elastomer material of the same or a different Shore hardness than the elastomer material of the base layer and one or preferably more reinforcement layers embedded into the core of the bearing block. Said reinforcement layers consist of steel sheet or technical textiles or fibers. Said bearing further comprises a slide surface which can be slid on the slide surface of the base layer. Anti-attrition agents are provided between the slide surfaces or on at least one of the slide surfaces and loop-forming side walls between the base layer and the bearing block which are in sealing contact with all lateral faces of the bearing block.
