<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment management system to concentratedly study the cause of an equipment trouble and perform rapid trouble shooting. SOLUTION: This equipment managing system comprises a first - fifth equipment group 1-5 to assort a plurality of equipment into groups; an equipment sequencer 11 to control groups into which the equipment groups 1, 2... are further subdivided, a memory push button switch 12 to generate a trigger for indicating study of a trouble cause arranged at each equipment sequencer 11, a memory means 15 to store address information of the equipment sequencer 11 when the trigger of the equipment sequencer 11 occurs and store equipment memory data and the program of the equipment sequencer 11 to which the trigger occurs; and an analyzing means 18 to study a cause spot by reproducing a state during the occurrence of a trouble of the equipment sequencer 11 by equipment memory data and the program stored at the memory means 15.</p> |
