SOLUTION: This bag tearing device is provided with an inclined chute 11 for conveying gags B containing recycle articles along a prescribed conveying route and belt saws 56, 57 having upward moving routes 74, 75 arranged so that they are circulated over inside and outside the conveying route and made to intersect the conveying route. The belt saws 56, 57 have cutting blades 72 turned to the upstream side of the conveying route. |
