PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To frictionally charge plastic pieces sufficiently within a short time by repeatedly using a friction auxiliary material and to discharge charged plastic pieces from a stirring container without hindrance. SOLUTION: A plurality of discharge part wire materials 47 arranged parallelly along the transverse section of a stirring container 31 at a predetermined interval are provided to a discharge port 34 formed to the end part of the stirring container 3. Particles of either one of plastics are preliminarily housed in the stirring container 31 as a friction auxiliary material 52 so that a ratio of plastic pieces 1 of a specific kind to be sorted and plastic pieces 1 having polarity inverse to that of the plastic pieces 1 of the specific kind becomes equal in the charge row of plastic pieces 1 of a plurality of kinds. The particles of the friction auxiliary material 52 are made larger than the plastic pieces 1 and the interval between the discharge part wire materials 47 is set so as to be made larger than the plastic pieces 1 but smaller than the particles of the friction auxiliary material 52.
