PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment capable of easily attaching a modesty panel to a desk without requiring any tool in order to attain the simplification of attaching work. SOLUTION: A rectangular fitting piece 5 to be matched and fitted into a rectangular hole 10 provided on a modesty panel 2 is projected on the back of a main body block 3. A first lock piece 8 to be locked at the edge part of the hole 10 while being elastically deformed is projected at the opposed peripheral surface parts of the fitting piece 5. Besides, a fixing piece 6 having lateral width narrower than the main body block to be matched and passed through a T-shaped window 9 provided on a cylindrical leg rod 11 of the desk is projected at a central part on the lower surface of the main body block 3 together with the main body block 3. A second lock piece 11 to be locked in a supporting hole 12 arranged and provided on the downside of the T-shaped window 9 while being elastically deformed is projected on the back of the fixing piece 6.
