PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire rim capable of enhancing an engagement with a tire. SOLUTION: A tire rim 1 to which a bead portion B of a tire is attached is provided with a rim base 2 for retaining a bead bottom surface B1 of the bead portion B; a rim flange 3 for retaining an outer side surface B2 in a tire axial direction of the bead portion B; and a heel portion 4 for smoothly connecting the rim base 2 and the rim flange 3. Through holes 5 having a diameter of 1.0 mm or less and penetrating through the inside and the outside of the rim 1 are formed on the heel portion 4. These through holes 5 are provided on each axial side heel portion 4 at an interval in the number of at least five.
