<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency stopping mechanism for stopping urgently movement of a chair while the chair is automatically moved (i.e., without pushing continuously a switch) in the chair for dental treatment. SOLUTION: An operation panel 11 has switches 12a-14b for performing various operations such as elevating/lowering, raising/laying down and inclining of a chair for dental treatment, an automemory switch 15 and an autoreturn switch 16. The panel 11 pref. consists of a single liq. crystal panel common to each switch and a function for performing various operations by pushing positions corresponding to displays of various operations and a function for stopping the operation by pushing any position when either operation of the various operations is automatically performed are provided. In addition, when automatic operation is performed by either automatic switch 15 or 16, the whole displaying face is changed to a stop switch and movement of the chair can be stopped by pushing any position.</p> |
