PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluating device to further accurately evaluate assembly ability while labor required for input are eliminated. SOLUTION: This evaluating device comprises a data obtaining part 5 to obtain drawing data for parts of which a product drawn by a three-dimensional CAD system 1 consists, an additional information input means 3 to input additional information to each of the parts, an assembly ability evaluation system 2 to decide assembly facilitation of the product from drawing data from the data obtaining part 5 and additional information from the additional information input means 3, and a display means 4 to display the decision result of the assembly ability evaluation system 2. The assembly ability evaluation system 1 is provided with an assembly facilitating ability deciding part 8 to decide assembly facilitation by considering that insertion is practicable when to which extent at a maximum rotation is effected in a case of the other part being inserted at least in one part.
