PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid interference among the rear surface of a metal plate, a forming part formed on the rear surface of metal plate and a die when rotating an upper turret and a lower turret and when moving the metal plate in the horizontal direction. SOLUTION: On a lower turret 15, a member 45a (45b) receiving pressure, which supports a die holder 35 in each lower die 13 from the lower direction, is rotatably constituted in between a first rotation position and a second rotation position around a horizontal rotating shaft 47a (47b). It is constituted so that when each member 45a (45b) is positioned in the first rotation position, the front surface of a corresponding die 33 is positioned in a height position lower than the height position of a pass line PL. And, it is constituted so that when each member 45 (45b) is positioned in the second rotation position, the front surface of the corresponding die 33 is positioned in almost the same height position as the height position of the pass line PL, or is positioned in a height position slightly higher than the height position of the pass line PL and the member 45a (45b) is held up and down by the corresponding holder 35 and the lower turret 15.
