PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid interference among the rear surface of a metal plate, a forming part formed on the rear surface of metal plate and a die when rotating an upper turret and a lower turret and when moving the metal plate in the horizontal direction. SOLUTION: Each die is constituted so that in a usual state, the front surface of each die 31 is positioned in a height position lower than the height position of a pass line PL. A pushing-up cylinder 51 is provided, by which a prescribed lower die 13 is pushed up so that the front surface of the die 31 in the prescribed lower die indexed in a working area A1, is positioned in almost the same height position as the height position of the pass line PL or in a height position slightly higher than the height position of the pass line PL. And, holder supporting members 59 and 61 are provided, which support a die holder 33 in the prescribed lower die 13 from the lower direction.
