摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the recovery rate of a useful biopolymer by causing a physical or chemical change of a stimulus responsive polymer, physically or chemically varying the environment of interaction between molecules which interact with the objective material and the objective material and separating the objective material. SOLUTION: A physical or chemical change of a stimulus responsive polymer is caused and a composite of the stimulus responsive polymer, the objective material and molecules which interact with the objective material is held on a solid phase of a chemically modified filler for chromatography. The environment of interaction between the molecules and the objective material is then physically or chemically varied by stepwise varying the external temperature and the composite is passed through the same mobile phase to separate the objective material. Since severe chemical conditions are not used, the recovery rate of a useful biopolymer can be increased.
