<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the replenishment of post-treating agent for applying post treatment such as sterilization to the treated liq. after biological purification. SOLUTION: In the device, a post-treating tank 8 is provided at the downstream side of biologically purifying treating tanks 4 and 6 and an electrolytic device 9 immersed in a stored liq. zone 8b of the post-treating tank 8 is provided. The treated liq. subjected to the biological purification at the biologically purifying treating tanks 4 and 6 is introduced to the post-treating tank 8 and power is supplied to the electrode plates 9a and 9b for electrolysis of the electrolytic device 9 immersed in the treating liq. stored in the post-treating tank 8. In this way, the electrolysis is generated in the treated liq. and the post treatment such as sterization, decoloring, purification, dephosphorization are executed.</p> |
