PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device having the high degree of design freedom. SOLUTION: In an elevator device having a three-way frame 5 installed in the opening part 3 of a landing, a door supporting member 15 fitted to the frame 5 to support a landing side door 7, and a tail cord 19 wired between a cage and a control part installed in a building side; at least on one side of the lift device 21 and joint box 25 of the cord 19 is supported on at least one side of the frame 5 and the supporting member 15.
