PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water drops from being jetted from a nozzle in the middle of the operation of a piston at the time of mist generation. SOLUTION: When the piston 83 is moved to the vicinity of a lower dead center, by a groove 96 formed at a cylinder 84, a water introduction chamber 93 and a notched part 95 inside the cylinder 84 are communicated. Then, water inside the water introduction chamber 93 is sent out through the notched part 95 to the outside of the cylinder 84. In such a manner, when the piston 83 is moved to the vicinity of the lower dead center, since a pressure inside the water introduction chamber 93 is forcibly discharged, at the time of the mist generation, the water drops are prevented from being jetted from the nozzle in the middle of the operation of the piston 83.
