<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water treatment device efficiently treating a surfactant in waste water, nitrogen, polyaluminum chloride, a high polymer flocculant, hydrogen peroxide and phosphorus in waste water to an advanced degree and discharging little waste. SOLUTION: This waste water treating device treats organic matters-, nitrogen-, phosphorus-, hydrogen peroxide-containing fluorine waste water with an anaerobic tank 3 filled with calcium carbonate mineral 9 and an aerobic tank 15 filled with the calcium carbonate mineral 9 and to which tank 9 biological treating water is introduced from a treating equipment 444 in a different system. Thus, the fluorine in the waste water is converted to calcium fluoride 11 with the calcium carbonate mineral 9 filled in the anaerobic tank 3 and the aerobic tank 15 and treated. Also the organic matters such as the surfactant in the waste water can be treated. Nitrate nitrogen can be reduced as gaseous nitrogen with the anaerobic tank 3 and ammonia type nitrogen, and nitrite nitrogen can be oxidized to nitrate nitrogen with the aerobic tank 15.</p> |
