PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the bending moment in a diameter direction acting in the vicinity of a flange part by setting the acting center diameter of the separation force ready to allow upper and lower domes to be spaced apart from each other and the inside and outside average diameter of a body part to the same or almost the same dimension. SOLUTION: Flange parts 212, 222 are made easy to bend by a hub 214. A lower dome 210 and an upper dome 220 are constituted so that the separating force acting center diameter Df1 of flanges 213, 231 is same to or slightly smaller than the inside and outside average diameter Dp1 of a body part 211 (Df1<=Dp1) and/or the separating force acting pitch circle diameter Df2 of pawls 223, 232 is same to or slightly smaller than the inside and outside average diameter Dp2 of the body part 221 (on the side of the upper dome) (Df2<=Dp2). By this constitution, the bending of the joining parts 215, 225 connecting the body part and the flange parts is eliminated and bending moment is reduced.
