SKIN-BLEACHING COSMETIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin-bleaching cosmetic which shows an excellent skin- bleaching effect and can sufficiently prevent and treat stains and freckles. SOLUTION: This skin-bleaching cosmetic is obtained by including (A) at least one kind of skin-bleaching agents selected from L-ascorbic acid or its derivatives, an extract from placenta and ellagic acid or its derivatives and (B) at least one kind of plant extracts selected from extracts from Rosae fructus and Sanguisorbae radix.
