PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the fixing operatability of a wheelchair, especially, the erecting-lying operatability of a rear wheel restricting plate which is erectably disposed on a floor surface to stop rear wheels of a wheelchair, in a wheelchair fixing device to fix a wheelchair on a floor. SOLUTION: In this wheelchair fixing device equipped with a front wheel fixing device which can restrict a lateral movement of a front wheel of a wheelchair, and a rear wheel restricting plate 21 which restricts the movement of rear wheels under an erecting state while being erectably provided with a hinge 23, a lock mechanism 41 which automatically holds the rear wheel restricting plate 21 under an erecting state, is provided. In the lock mechanism 41, an engaging pin 42a of a stay 42 extending forward, one end of which is rotatably attached to the rear wheel restricting plate 21, is guided forward along a guide groove 45a formed on a lock plate 45 when the rear wheel restricting plate 21 is erection-operated, and is engaged with a recess 45b, and thus, the rear wheel restricting plate 21 is held at an erecting location.
