PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle behavior control device capable of estimating a side slip angle of a vehicle body accurately and easily in various road surface states. SOLUTION: In this control device, aβandβ' estimating part 7 obtains lateral acceleration at impact centers X, Y on front and rear wheels from a signal from a lateral acceleration sensor 5 to lead out differential equations of each lateral acceleration, and estimates the cornering power Kf and Kr of the front and rear wheels from the differential equations to estimate a side slip angleβfrom the cornering power identified value.
