SOLUTION: This undersink-type water purifying device is provided with a water purifier 6 set below a sink 27, a stop cock 2 furnished to a pipeline 4 on the upstream side of the purifier 6, a first branch 3 provided between the stop cock 2 and purifier 6, a check valve 12 connected to the first branch 3 to prevent the reverse flow of the water in the pipeline and an air pump 13 connected to the tip of the check valve 12 to supply air into the purifier 6 to discharge the water staying therein, Futher, a second branch provided to the pipeline on the downstream side, a circulating pipeline connecting the first branch and second branch, a check valve connected to the circulating pipeline on the first-branch side to prevent the reverse flow of the water in the pipeline and a circulating pump connected to the circulating pipeline between the check valve and second branch to circulate the water in the purifier from the second branch toward the first branch are provided.
