PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the adverse effect of a detection error (noise) attributed to the unavoidable vibration of a hopper and the like, when a raw material conveying mechanism is controlled. SOLUTION: A PVC powder stored in the secondary hopper 12 of a raw material metering part 10 is continuously metered using a load cell 14 and then is allotted to a screw feeder 20 as a raw material conveying mechanism, which, in turn, supplies the PVC powder to an extrusion molding machine. In this case, a control part 15 extracts variations in the bulk specific gravity of the PVC powder contained in the hopper 12 from various kinds of noise based on frequencies, with the help of the load cell 14 of the raw material metering part 10. Finally the control part 15 controls the number of revolutions of the screw feeder 20 based on only the supply of the PVC powder to the screw feeder 20 based on the extracted variations in the bulk specific gravity.
