PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pizza having a slight difference in rise in temperature between the outer peripheral part and the center part of the pizza, being uniformly heated and having a controlled heating unevenness in cooking the pizza by a microwave oven. SOLUTION: The top part of the pizza crust of a pizza of cooking by a microwave oven is coated with a pizza sauce in a scattered state.
