<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate and control the extrusion amt. of an extrusion molding apparatus corresponding even to the fluctuations of the extrusion amt. of a resin generated in the cylinder of an extruder or in the mold provided to the leading end thereof. SOLUTION: In a method for calculating the extrusion amt. of an extrusion molding apparatus wherein a thermoplastic resin is heated and molted in an extruder to be extruded from the mold 2 of the leading end of the extruder and the extrudate is passed through a water tank 3 to be cooled and solidified to be taken over, the water level difference H between the water level h2 in the water tank 3 at a time of the passage of the resin and the water level h1 therein at a time of the non-passage of the resin is measured to calculate the resin amt. in the water tank 3 and, by dividing this resin amt. by a resin passing time, the extrusion amt. of the resin per unit time is calculated.</p> |
