PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent image forming operability from being impaired by applying stapling treatment after image formation and sorting are completed in the case of a stapling mode not being set when sorting. SOLUTION: When stapling is completed on all bins (S109: Y), the number of copies is added to the total number (S110), and the set number N is compared with the total number (S111). When both numbers do not coincide with each other (S111: N), a massage instructing elimination of a paper sheet from the bins and resetting of documents is displayed (S112). On the basis of this display, elimination of documents from the bins and setting of documents to an automatic document feeder are completed (S113: Y), and when a start key is pressed (S114: Y), the number of copies (n) is recalculated, and processing from S103 onward is repeated. When the set number is equal to the total number (S111: Y), coping action is completed. |
