PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably suck all kinds of sheet bodies by dividing the inside of a connection chamber which connects the base end sections of a plurality of suction holes of suction section to suck a sheet body by a dividing means, and generating a suction force in a specified region in the plurality of suction holes by reducing the pressure of at least one section of the divided connection chamber. SOLUTION: In this mount head device which sucks a sheet body and mounts it on an article to be affixed, a head section 14 comprising an a suking section 11 having a plurality of suction holes 10a at the tip end section 10, a connection chamber 12 which connects the base ends 10b of the plurality of suction holes 10a, and a piston head 13 which divides the inside of the connection chamber 12 into a plurality, is provided. In the sucting section 11, a plurality of connection holes 25 are formed, and a bulkhead 24 is formed between adjacent connection holes 25, and the connection chamber 12 is separated into two spaces in response to the stop location of the piston head 13. Then, by generating a suction force by reducing the pressure of one of the section of the divided connection chamber 12, the suction force is generated only from specified suction holes 10a depending on the dimension of a sheet body, and the sheet body is surely sucked. |
