PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reserve cold by bringing the bottom face of a bottle into contact with the center of a sheet and bringing both sides of the sheet into contact with the sides faces of the bottle to wrap the bottle. SOLUTION: An opened hole 11 having such an opening that the mouth 21 of a PET bottle 20 equipped with a cap 22 is inserted at both side ends of a cold reserving sheet 10. Since the bottom face of the PET bottle 20 is brought into contact with the center of the sheet, a contact part with the bottom face, which is bent at the peripheral edge is formed. Vertical cuts 13 extending along the longitudinal direction and laterally arranged cuts 13 are formed for an extensible/contractible property, at both sides of the sheet having the contact part with the bottom face therebetween. A polymer water-absorbing body forced to absorb water is used as the cold reserving sheet 10 and refrigerated or freezed in a refrigerator to use it. The cold reserving sheet 10 cooled to a low temperature is bent while placing the bottom face of the PET bottle 20 on the contact part of the bottom face and both sides of the sheet are brought into contact with the side faces of the PET bottle 20 and the mouth 21 is inserted in both side opened holes 11 to retain the sheet so as to wrap the side faces of the PET bottle 20.
