PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and easily fabricate a pocket tissue storage case and its assembly kit and enhance the propaganda effect by constituting it out of a rear fixing piece in which a double-side tape is stuck to the lower part of the rear face. SOLUTION: A rear retaining plate 4 is a rectangular or an inverted U-shaped form formed at the central part of the front retaining plate 3. A first connection part 10 in which a bent groove 11 is formed at the rear face of the lower end part of the tongue piece is connected to the front retaining plate 3. The other portion of the tongue piece is cut off along a first cutting line 9. The container case is constituted of a bent groove 12 formed near the lower part of the front face and double-side tapes 8, 8 stuck to both sides of the rear face. The rear fixing piece 5 is a rectangular tongue piece formed at the central part of the rear retaining plate 4. A second connection part 14 in which a bent groove 15 is formed at the rear face of the upper end of the tongue piece is integrally connected with the rear retaining plate 4. The other portion of the tongue piece is cut off along a second cutting line 13 and a both-side tape 8 is stuck to fix it to the rear face of the front end part of the rear fixing piece 5 near the lower part of the rear face or to the front face or the rear face of the front retaining plate 3.
