<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce the mental stress of a woman in the menopause by letting the woman to listen to listening to music for reducing the mental stress. SOLUTION: Concerning the method for reducing mental stress of woman in the menopause with music with which the woman in the menopausal state is defined as a listener and this listener is let listen to music so as to reduce the mental stress, first of all, as music harmonized with the current mental state of the listener, the music having the tempo per minute of from 80 to 90 beats is used and next, as music for applying the calmness of tolerating the listener, the music having the tempo per minute of from 50 to 60 beats is used. Then, as music for refreshing the mental state, the music having the tempo per minute of from 70 to 90 beats is used.</p> |
