PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogenated nitrile rubber-laminated metallic sheet or nitrile rubber-laminated metallic sheet excellent in heat resistance and resistance to anti-freeze, wherein heating by air heating is possible on the metallic sheet punched in a gasket shape. SOLUTION: A rubber-laminated metallic sheet is formed by laminating a sulfur vulcanized substance layer of a hydrogenated nitrile rubber containing at least one selected from a silicic acid, a calcium silicate and a calcium carbonate of 40-300 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. hydrogenated nitrile rubber through an adhesive containing a phenolic resin on a metallic sheet surface-treated with a composite-type chromate treatment. In the case that a plasticizer having a viscosity of 500-50000 cp (25 deg.C) is also added to the hydrogenated nitrile rubber, a temperature wherein deterioration by setting of the rubber does not develop raises to 150-175 deg.C. If the plasticizer is used, heat resistance of the nitrile rubber, which is lacked in 150 deg.C, is also improved to 175 deg.C.
