PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a time up to a heat resistance development after adhering by lowering a heating press temperature and shortening a time. SOLUTION: In the honeycomb sandwich panel obtained by adopting a honeycomb core as a core material and adhering surface plates to both surfaces of the core, an adhesive contains a cationic polymerizable compound and a cationic polymerization initiator of an effective amount for curing a cationic polymerizable compound by applying an active energy beam as indispensable components, and is a non-sticky reactive hot-melt adhesive.
